WEPs Learn 2026 - From Commitment to Action

Exclusive to WEPs Signatories, the WEPs secretariat has developed a structured, cohort-based learning journey that supports companies at differing stages of maturity to move from intent to action, and from action to accountability.

Objective

By the end of the learning journey, companies will have progressed from commitment to a more structured and evidence-based approach to gender equality. The series provides the framework, tools and peer exchange to accelerate this journey and set companies up to act on gender equality.
