Apply to become a WEPs signatory

All businesses stand to benefit from gender equality and women’s empowerment. The WEPs platform offers the private sector guidance on advancing gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace and community. By joining the WEPs, you get access to a global network of like-minded companies, as well as events, tools and resources to support your WEPs journey.

Support for the seven Principles has gathered global momentum – nearly 12,000 companies in 160 countries have adopted the WEPs and embarked on the WEPs Journey. Their progress and results also contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Joining the WEPs network is straightforward. You can apply to become a signatory by completing the application form below. Before you get started, please make sure:

  1. Your organization is eligible to apply: Private sector companies, industry associations, chambers of commerce, social enterprises and cooperatives are eligible to apply.
  2. The highest-level decision maker in your company has signed the CEO Statement of Support.
