Content covered the seven principles, onboarding essentials, gender gap assessment, action planning, reporting mechanisms, and opportunities for peer learning. The webinar emphasized embedding gender equality across leadership, workplace, marketplace, and community practices, while encouraging structured planning, measurement, and ongoing engagement within a global network of nearly 13,000 companies.
