Gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) remains a critical yet underreported workplace issue, with significant impacts on employees, business performance and organizational risk. A key barrier to prevention is the lack of consistent, reliable data to understand prevalence, patterns and root causes.
This second session in the IFC–UN Women webinar series brings together evidence and practical tools to help companies move from awareness to action. Drawing on UN Women’s Normalized No More guidance and IFC’s Respectful Workplaces research, the session will highlight why measurement matters—and how it can drive prevention, accountability and safer workplaces.
