On the 28 October 2020, WE EMPOWER - G7 Programme organized the "Mentoring to Advance Women’s Professional Development" event. The speakers discussed how WEPs signatories can develop their own mentoring programmes. The event explored promising practices in mentoring programme design and delivery, and highlighted lessons learned of other WEPs signatories.

The Awards ceremony will take place on the Human Rights Day on 10 December 2020. All applications will be assessed by a UN Women selection committee to produce a shortlist of nominees. The winners will be decided by an external jury of young women, who are looking to find their future employer or business partner.
