#WeLearn: Collaboration and Remote Working



The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many things including the way we work. In this session, the learner found out about essential principles of collaborative working applied particularly when working remotely.


Collaboration thrives on the creation of a shared space around which we can thrive as a group of people.  It is the glue that holds us together, enabling us to stimulate, create and innovate.

In this learning session we will find out about essential principles of collaborative working applied particularly when we are working remotely.

We will learn about 3 core positive attitudes for effective collaboration:

  • How to reach out: “Understanding Other People’s Worlds”
  • How to share: “Dare to Share”
  • How to generate new ideas together: “Co-create solutions”
