The Gender-Responsive Decent Care Work Training + Toolkit for Asia-Pacific Care Enterprises is a practical resource designed to help care enterprises strengthen gender-responsive business practices, create decent work opportunities, and improve the quality of care services they provide.

Developed through UN Women’s Asia-Pacific Care Accelerator, the training and toolkit draw on the experiences of 11 care enterprises that participated in a 10‑month programme focused on business growth and gender-responsive entrepreneurship. Participants will find practical guidance, adaptable templates, case studies, and actionable tools that can be applied across different care business contexts.

Aligned with the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), the training supports companies in advancing gender equality through workplace practices, leadership, and business operations. It complements existing WEPs tools and resources by providing practical approaches for businesses seeking to strengthen gender-responsive employment and care practices.
