Why we have too few women leaders

An inspiring TED talk by Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook and author of the book Lean On where she gives keys on how to empower women economically. It needs to start first by changing the mindset of women, too often women are not seen as equal than men because they are the first one believing so. Women need to lean on and "sit at the table" when an important meeting full of men is hosted.
