Principle 5 - Enterprise development, supply chain and marketing practices

UN Women

The Women’s Empowerment Principle 5 on implementing supply chain and marketing practices that empower women enables companies to influence business partners through inclusive supply chain policies and standards of engagement, and to use advertising as a powerful driver to change perceptions and impact social norms –portraying women and men in modern, authentic and multidimensional roles.

This webinar focuses on how companies can implement Principle 5. The webinar includes two company presentations: one from the longtime WEPs signatory Procter & Gamble on their extensive work related to Principle 5, and one from LEGO, a new WEPs signatory, on how they engage with Principle 5 in marketing, to ensure they find the right agencies to work with to have greater diversity in front and behind the camera.
