'DAD' gets a bonus, 'MOM' gets a wage penalty!

Women are 'financially' punished for the most rewarding experience of their lives... Studies* showed that ‘Dad’s earnings increased more than 6% while ‘Mom’s earnings decreased %4 for each child she had! 

Let's break the parenthood and gender pay gap, let's #breaktheglass for 'Moms' who deserve equal rights at the work place just as 'Dads' !
