Breaking the glass ceiling- Women in Construction

Triumphant Construction Projects International- TCPI GROUP is 100% black women owned construction company. It is a pleasure to point out that the oraganisation supports the ten principles of the Global Compact on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption.  We are committed to making the Global Compact and its principles part of the strategy, culture and day-to-day operations of our company, and to engage in collaborative projects which advance the broader development goals of the United Nations, particularly the Sustainable Development Goals. 

Our organisation promote women in STEM by focusing on different aspects of the development of women, we aim to foster interest in science among young girls and make work climate more friendly to women. We seek to improve STEM involvement among all under represented girls by giving them scholarships and support them throughout their studies.

Our aim is to get more women in connstruction, more women in mining and more women in engineering by 2030. We strive to empower women to participate fully in economic life in order to build strong economies and to achieve internationally agreed goals for development and sustainability.
