The 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence is an annual international campaign. The global theme for this year’s 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, which will run from 25 November to 10 December 2022, is “UNITE! Activism to end violence against women and girls”. It is on this basis that we are hosting this event which will bring together representatives from a number of corporate companies.
In this webinar organized by UN Women South Africa, Professor Corné Davis from University of Johannesburg will talk about the costly impact of Gender Based Violence (GBV)- GBV Private Sector Perceptions and Realities in South Africa. Then, Omogolo Taunyane-Mnguni from GBV Monitor will talk about their findings.
