The private sector plays a crucial role in this endeavour, not only as a driver of economic growth but also as a key partner in advancing gender equality. Key financing strategies for gender equality includes sustainable finance instruments, gender lens investing, gender-responsive budgeting, public-private partnerships and innovating financing mechanisms. This session aims to highlight the importance of gender equality and the role of private sector.
