The reason for signing up WEPs as I believe gender equality in the workplace is definitely important when we work together as a team.In the event industry, we always see the majority of guys, and I am always the only female in most of the projects management team or leadership team, people are accepting slowly. Of course, I hope to influence and impact the people who surround me with what I am passionate about, and respect my profession too. As a woman, I would love to empower more women out there, to do something they love and are comfortable with!
