Winc Australia Pty Limited

Peter Kelly (M)

Chief Executive Officer

As one of Australia’s largest workplace supplies companies, at Winc, our purpose is to help all Australians achieve a better work-life. Our goal is to be a company that has a positive impact on every worker, learner, carer, teacher… to support work, wherever work happens to be. In the journey towards achieving our purpose, we have an underlying desire to do the right thing by the community in which we live. We understand that being a good corporate citizen means we have a responsibility to both people and the planet. At Winc, diversity is highly valued. In fact, gender equality is one of the six key focus areas of our Winc Social Agenda. Our goal is to maintain and grow female representation in senior leadership (first 3 levels of senior management) to between 45% and 55% (currently 46%). We also want to support female progress at all levels of our organisation with a target to have women making up at least 50% of internal promotions (currently 56%). To achieve this, we have a engineered our performance, career and recruitment processes to remove unconscious bias. Winc also conducts pay reviews annually to ensure we equitably reward our people doing the same work. We have also introduced a series of initiatives to give all our people access to more leave and more flexibility when returning to work after becoming parents. We believe we are ‘better and smarter together’ and know that a unique combination of backgrounds, perspectives and experiences in our people is a major contributor to our collective success. Creating opportunities for women to fully participate at Winc is just one way to achieve this. We are aligned to the Women’s Empowerment Principles and work hard to embody them across our business. We are committed to ensuring Winc a place where inclusiveness and equity is expected and valued."
