I am committing to implement the WEP's and joining the global community of companies taking action to achieve gender equality and women empowerment because I am a passionate advocate of Benefit Corporations as an innovative entrepreneurial paradigm using business as a driver for sustainability in order to reach the UN’s 2030 Agenda SDGs. I am fully committed in the female representation organizations also within the Benefit Corporation movement (B Women Solutions), a global network of women entrepreneurs advocating for inclusive, circular and triple bottom line businesses, as well as for a new “Caring Economy”. I believe that the old time of management and organization models based on a mindset rooting in hierarchy and command & control is definitely over. History is ready for a new era of female leadership based on new values and skills such as communication, partnership, resilience, innovation and creativity, as well as empathy, inclusion, kindness and care. And I am working every day while leveraging my entrepreneurial role and success as a privilege and a responsibility towards the female community and, above all, young women looking for inspirational models, towards the onset of a new business culture based on gender equality, female empowerment, transparency, equity and fairness.
