It may appear like there is a lot of noise around gender equality. We must be careful to not be distracted by that. The fight for gender equality is still being fought quietly and loudly. Many have been raising their voices for long, some have just found it, many still unable to raise theirs. The road to equality is still a long one riddled with unconscious bias. The simple truth is, women are heavily underrepresented across the board and their potential untapped. No one should rest until that status quo is changed. That is the only path to a more equitable world. As a leader, I am determined to build a culture that is joining the fight for gender equality. Let's start with our homes, our teams, our businesses.
