I believe that it is important to implement the WEPs since in our company equality between men and women has always been promoted, based on ethical principles of morality and respect. As a company, we highlight two main reasons for implementing the WEPs: Development of an excellent work environment and Development of work skills. Within the work environment, we would feel an improvement in the work environment; despite the fact that we already have equality and equity objectives in the company. On the other hand, professional skills would improve, since in a climate where equality prevails, respect and the socialization of skills among colleagues will also prevail. Therefore, the WEPs will contribute even more to our culture of equality.
