Throughout the years the Corporate world has valued too much men’s profiles and ideas. This created not only a huge inequality in organizations but has also fostered a simplistic and biased way of thinking which limits our capacity to analyze the best options, take the best decisions, and to go beyond. It is our duty to take actions to change this landscape and create ground to a more inclusive and equal workplace in which women can have the same opportunities as men do.
