The WEPs perfectly align with our goal of having our internal organization reflect the diverse backgrounds of the residents and communities we serve. Enhancing the gender and ethnic diversity of our team and Board, establishing and supporting employee affinity groups, and introducing company-wide diversity training are some of the initial steps we have taken. We look forward to continuing to embrace the WEPs in parallel with our DE&I efforts as we believe diverse teams ultimately produce superior results for our stakeholders.
