Without women's participation, there will be no inclusive or sustainable economic growth. We believe that women have become a driving force for economic growth and we can not ignore half of the population. At this point, we need gender inclusive approaches to include more women in the labour force and to achieve sustainable growth. As Vasi, we aware of equality for women. Therefore, we are going to plan studies in order to empower women in our workplace, marketplace and community and to adopt the Women's Empowerment Principles.
