At Vashi Impact Group, our commitment to the WEPs is intentional and structural. As a women-founded and women-led organisation rooted in the Global South, gender equality is embedded in how we design research, build partnerships, lead teams, and measure impact. We are joining the global WEPs community because advancing women’s economic participation, leadership, safety, and voice is essential to building equitable institutions and sustainable societies. We believe that real progress happens when organisations move beyond rhetoric and intentionally reshape systems to centre dignity, opportunity, and power for women in all their diversity.
