As a technology company based in Mexico, it is specially important for us to take action towards gender equality and women wellbeing. Women participation in the labor market is 30 porcentual points below than that of men in Mexico, and it is even lower when we talk about jobs related to software development. For this reason, we want Urban Planning Technology to consolidate as a place that offers attractive job positions and work environment for women based on equality, respect, personal wellbeing and opportunities of professional development by implementing the WEPs. We envision that our company can bring the principles into our society through the families of our team members but also through the projects that we develop worldwide.
