Despite of the progress made by businesses, there are challenges in taking actions to advance women's empowerment. To address these challenges and promote women's empowerment in Greece, the company and myself commit to enable, support and connect internal and external stakeholders. We should aim to raise awareness of the pivotal role of private sector to promote the adoption of the Women’s Empowerment Principles. Focusing on support our organisations in setting and meeting ambitious corporate target to advance gender equality, we will break the stereotypes and realize that women’s full participation and equal leadership opportunities will benefit us all not only at organisations but at society as well.
