私たちは2016年から、その前年にすべての国連加盟国によって採択された「持続可能な開発のための2030アジェンダ」 の中心となる 17 の持続可能な開発目標 (SDGs) に取り組んでいます。中でも Goals 5 " Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls " は他のGoalsの根幹となるものであり、女性が持てる力を余すことなく発揮する環境を整えることは世界の発展と平和のために不可欠だと信じています。だからこそ、私たちは柔軟性・先進性・多様性を備えた雇用環境の創出に尽力して参ります。 Since 2016, we have been committed to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that are at the heart of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which was adopted by all United Nations member states the previous year. Among them, Goals 5 "Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls" is the foundation of the other Goals. We believe that creating an environment where women can fully demonstrate their potentials is essential for global development and peace. That's why we strive to create an employment environment that is flexible, innovative, and diverse.
