General Manager Uber Central America

A world with women that feel happy, empowered and recognized is going to be a better world. Countries, societies, companies benefit from having women leaders and committed to improve our everyday's life. We need to keep promoting women, improve gender equality and get more women into leadership positions because we all are going to experience the great results of achieving these goals. Women are fighters, warriors and at the same time are warm, empathetic and are always looking to generate positive impact. I'm sure women can achieve what they want, love and make them accomplished and are going to give heart and soul to get the results we are all looking for. They deserve much more from all of us, therefore we need to give our best to make it happen.
