Assuming the presidency on 1st April 2021, I am going to take initiative in providing more opportunities for women working for Toyobo to capitalize on their potential. The active involvement of female workers will inevitably result in all employees working with passion, pride and feeling that their efforts are properly rewarded. Materialization of diversity and inclusion is nothing other than our corporate principle, “Adhering to reason leads to prosperity.” We are, therefore, considering making diversity and inclusion one of the pillars of a new long-term vision we are now developing.
