As the CEO of TONI WRITES, a woman and disability-led boutique consultancy, I am in strong support of the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs). TONI WRITES is a company deeply committed to the principles of gender equality and empowerment. As the sole owner, I, Antonia McGuire, actively embody this commitment through my roles as an avid mentor, community leader, and proud supporter of Women in Tech. Our dedication to promoting women's roles in technology was demonstrated clearly at the international conference, Collison, in 2023, where we provided direct support to two aspiring designers and women in tech. This effort reflects our core belief that empowering women is essential for driving innovation and achieving sustainable growth. We believe that formally adopting the WEPs will solidify our existing practices and further guide us in making meaningful contributions to a more inclusive and equitable workplace and community. We are eager to join the global effort to advance women’s empowerment.
