“Look back and Step forward" Today, we are celebrating International Women’s Day. I encourage all our employees to take some time and look back at diversity and inclusion. This year’s theme for International Women’s Day is “Break the bias” bias”. The number of our employees has rapidly increased from 60,000 in 2016 to over 100,000 currently. We are building a complex and diverse company culture across gender, nationality, generation and religion. This diversity will be accelerated consistently due to the expansion of our business and its environments. Diversity is an essential element in a continual changing market environment and in order to build more diversity in our business, we a ll must break free from stereotypes and prejudices, break the bias. Today, on Internationals Women’s Day, I hope that it will be a time to share and discuss biases we might have or have experienced. From these current biases let’s build a better understanding with each other. In addition, I want to acknowledge and thank all of our female employees for their great contributions to our company’s success. I commit to support their professional developments and career growth regardless of background or environment.
