As the founder of ThePivotMove, my commitment to the Women’s Empowerment Principles is both deeply personal and profoundly professional. I have personally witnessed across continents how gender inequality limits not only women’s potential, but also the growth and resilience of organizations and communities. Through my work in business consulting on gender parity and my work as a professional coach and ICF member, I partner with organizations to build more inclusive, equitable workplaces while empowering women to reclaim their space, strengthen their voice, and step into leadership across all areas of their lives, one consulting project at a time, one coaching conversation at a time. Joining the WEPs community is a natural extension of this mission: to contribute to a global movement where equity is not an aspiration, but a standard — embedded in how we work, lead, and live.
