Bearing Terumo Group’s mission “Contributing society through Healthcare” in our heart, we, Terumo Medical de Mexico, are working to save one more life in Mexico. There is no distinction in who to join in and execute our mission and fulfill our business purpose regardless of their different backgrounds. Terumo highlight DE&I (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) as our human resource strategy in our mid-long term growth strategy, for which it is needless to mention that gender equality and women’s empowerment are critical theme not only in our organization but also in our stakeholders to work for/with because healthcare concerns a team work approach. Today it is our great honor to join The Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) commemorating the International Women’s Day (March 08, 2022) to enhance our business activities and to create social values through them. At the end of the day, it is not about a gender but about a person who shares our mission and purpose that we want to address when we develop our competitive organization.
