We believe that companies from our industry need to be key drivers in advancing gender equality and women’s empowerment, Women working in male-dominated industries face a variety of challenges including pervasive stereotypes and sexual harassment, so our mission is to break down stereotypes and promote more women in this field. Integrating the Women’s Empowerment Principles into our business model, we are encouraging other companies to do the same.
