As a CEO, I am deeply committed to advancing gender equality and women’s empowerment, and I have made these principles the core mission of Teens in AI. Through our programmes, we empower girls and young women with the skills, confidence, and opportunities in AI that will shape their futures and communities. In 2024, 57% of participants across all our programmes were girls - a reflection of our sustained effort to create inclusive opportunities in technology. Joining the Women’s Empowerment Principles formalises this commitment, ensuring equality, respect, and safety are embedded across our workplace, partnerships, and initiatives. This is how I, and Teens in AI, are creating a world where women and girls can thrive, lead, and shape the technology sector on equal terms.
