I know this not only from research, but from lived experience: as a disabled woman scholar, I spent years navigating the structural barriers that prevent women from converting advanced qualifications into economic security and professional recognition. Minerva Recruitment exists to dismantle those barriers — building the infrastructure, community, and knowledge resources that make genuine economic opportunity possible, regardless of gender, disability, or background.
