TRAN QUYNH LE (M)

DIRECTOR

Gender equality is one of the most important criteria for developing a civilized and modern society and improving the work performance. Gender awareness should be promoted in developing countries like Vietnam. As an agency with nearly 10 years operating in the field of communication, implementing thousands of projects, collaborating with businesses, government authorities and social organisations, we realise that the importance of gender issues has not been fully recognised, and TAJ believes that one of our missions is to advise relevant stakeholders in our networks to understand, appreciate and promote gender equality, for the sustainable development of the business community. TAJ Vietnam not only strives to promote gender equality in our internal process, but also disseminate this understanding to our partners, build a network of businesses and organisations who understand and promote gender equality, and contribute to the development of our country.
