Coming from a small town in India, I have grown up observing the inequalities between men and women. Things which were a norm in my childhood days became questionable as I grew personally and professionally. Working in an international environment and that too in the responsible investing field, my thoughts and opinion on social justice just became stronger. To give my thoughts a platform to perform and make a change, I founded Sustainometric. We empower women by providing them respectable jobs and highly flexible working environment in a small town in India where almost no good opportunities exist to work. We are also committed to supporting girl child education through our CSR program. I whole heartedly support the WEPs and I am committed to implementing them in our sphere of influence.
