Not more than 20 years ago, we started discussing the "invisible" work that falls on women's shoulders daily. Many inventions and discoveries would not be possible if women did not stand behind men, ensuring "the stability of their world." But you understand the role of women in saving life most clearly during the war. This year it became apparent: our men protect the country, but our women do everything to keep it alive. Thousands of small everyday things that look imperceptible and insignificant keep the country alive. It was on women's shoulders that this concern for preserving life fell. We must recognize the sheer volume of this work. We see our mission to make this work visible.
