As CEO of Stratpoint, I think the best way to promote women empowerment is by example. We have a diverse executive team to show that leaders are found everywhere - in all forms of gender identity. I think that for gender parity to happen, it's important for women not just to be heard, but to lead. Doing more to support and develop women leaders is top of my agenda.
