At STL, Women Empowerment has always been an area central to our culture and we have achieved quite a lot over the years. However, the enormity of the gender inequality issue requires committed collaboration between employers, policymakers, institutions and society to create diversity not just at the workplace, but also in communities. We believe signing the UN Women Empowerment Principles will help streamline our efforts. Through joint action along with the UNGC, others in the industry as well as globally, we hope to collectively bring about sustained change, empowerment and inclusion for women across the globe.
