"Diversity is a real and concrete value for Stellantis. The company works to be a mirror of society in order to better understand and serve it. Our practice encourages coexistence with more differences, as we want to make the plurality of ideas, origins, orientations, genders, colors and races even more an intrinsic part of our corporate culture.   We work to be at the forefront of the automotive industry in Diversity & Inclusion practices. This includes practical actions to increase the number of women in management positions and in career and succession plans, in an industrial sector that is mostly male. In 2020, we had the first exclusive mentoring program for women, in order to encourage them to accelerate their careers in the company. This year we have launched the second edition with even more women. This is just the beginning. Let's multiply our programs, because women's empowerment is a matter we take seriously."
