Sodexo Pass Belgium S.A.

Sven Marinus (M)

CEO

As the CEO of the Belgian subsidiary of Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services, I am proud to engage all our fellow workers into the Women’s Empowerment Principles. Gender Equality has been one of Sodexo’s principles for a long time and we are committed to gender balance at leadership level by 2025 globally. This target has already been met in our subsidiary. However, gender equality is not limited to statistics. It encompasses every action that contributes to a more inclusive environment. No company will ever achieve gender equality by asking women to transform themselves in order to empower themselves. The overarching goal is, on the contrary, to support women in transforming companies in order to make the world a better and more sustainable place. Wherever we are, at any place and at any level, gender equality remains an everyday journey. And measuring our steps through the WEP’s tool will help all of us remain focused on this human development issue.
