SOCODEVI has a Gender Policy and a Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Sexual Violence. Above all, our NGO is committed to integrating women into the formal economy by facilitating their access to and control over resources and benefits. We strengthen cooperative and associative enterprises that become catalysts for women’s empowerment and reduced inequalities. Through our approach, women are able to strengthen their management and cooperative entrepreneurship abilities and become the leaders of their family enterprises, organizations, and communities. We recognize and advocate, at all stages of our activities, the powerful impacts of women leaderships and their full participation in decision-making processes.
