Alicya Sinclair (F)
CEO & Founding Director
There is always strength in numbers and we all have a responsibility and a part to play in making our world a better place. Personal goals and values spill out into other area of my life, more commonly through Sinclair London. The brand was created to serve powerful women across all industries. Providing them with the modern armoury we call today “fashion”. To clothe them in strength and ground them in personal identity. As a brand, we are not trying to change the world, but simply dress the women who do and many of our clients are female trailblazers who are making a difference in policies, at executive levels in companies and true industry leaders involved in give back, charity & climate change initiatives. It is only right we do the same and hold ourselves accountable both personally and professionally. Sinclair London applies the D&I (diversity & inclusion) lens across all the WEP principles already and have adopted an inclusive HR approach. This includes how we attract, onboard retain & promote our employees across the full life cycle. All of us have a responsibility to pave the way for the future generational leaders. The earlier we can educate potential leaders of the future at all ages, the better change we have for inclusivity & equality.
