Joining the global WEPs community is a strategic step in the process of post-war restoration and modernization of higher education in Ukraine. The main motivation for our commitment to implementing these Principles is that the sustainable development of the university, science and our region as a whole is impossible without the full disclosure of the potential of each and every one. PSTU strives to create a safe, inclusive and digital educational environment where women scientists, teachers and students have equal access to leadership, innovation and decision-making. By integrating gender equality standards into the university management system, we are forming a new generation of professionals capable of rebuilding a progressive and just society
