Cecile Dahome (F)
Co-Founder and CEO
At Sevea, I have always believed that everyone should have the opportunity to grow, contribute and lead, regardless of gender. But I also believe that equal opportunities don’t happen simply because we say they exist. We need to actively recognise and address the barriers that hold people back, including those we may unintentionally create ourselves. For me, this is fundamentally what sustainable development is about: creating the conditions for people to realise their potential and shape their own future. This belief guides how we build our organisation and how we work with our partners and clients. By signing the Women’s Empowerment Principles, we are reaffirming our commitment to keep questioning our practices, learning and, most importantly, turning these principles into concrete action.
