To actively work towards greater women representation in leadership position and a larger share of female workers in relevant positions in business is not only, and not event primary, about creating opportunity for women. It's overall about bringing in a balancing perspective and kind of wisdom that was left behind in modern economic history. It is about undoing a historic distortion in the way we design and run business, the way we think about work and jobs, and reshaping it in a more carrying and purposeful way. In a way better adapted to the needs and problems of our times, where the excessively masculine angle failed to create adequate models.
