“Women do have a voice; we just need to listen to them and give them the places they deserve". In our region, the women have unfortunately been undervalued in the societies. It is time to change this perception, as the Lebanese Women more specifically, have been the symbol of resilience, have written history in Politics, have sharpened our culture and have succeeded worldwide in the business field.  For that, I, Farid Gebran, CEO and founding Partner of RSM Lebanon, believe that a Woman should be in all places. For that, I am giving the "flame" to my daughter, Christelle, to be the leader of the Next Generation of our firm, RSM Lebanon.
