The Room Design Studio, Co., Ltd.

Pawel Jan Siudecki (M)

Chief Executive Officer

The Room Design Studio, Co. Ltd., have long been shaped by too few voices. As a firm working across Cambodia, Laos and the wider region, we know our best work comes from diverse teams that bring different perspectives to every project. Joining the Women's Empowerment Principles formalises a commitment we take seriously: equal opportunity in hiring and promotion, clear pathways from internship to leadership, and a culture where women's talent is recognised and rewarded. This is a commitment to our people, our clients and the communities we build for.
