Gender gap in the technology industry is especially severe. We at Rinne Technologies and Consulting, along with my Co-CEO (Erno Kiss) aspire to support in closing this huge disparity. One of our core values is empowering women in technology sector (not limited to), we would like to create jobs, contribute to help them further develop and achieve higher skills and have them find their purpose in our company and in the society. Some APAC countries have much of work to be done in regards to women leadership, executive roles (especially where I am originally from) - slowly but surely we will get to address this equality. With our forward thinking company culture, we can encourage remote and digital way of working for those who have challenges to show up to work physically as well.
