Having served in a leadership role within the cargo logistics sector for over 25 years, I’ve encountered numerous situations where women were not taken as seriously due to gender biases. As Managing Director, I am committed to empowering women in this industry, supporting their ability to balance both their professional careers and family lives. Our current team comprises six women, including myself, and one man. Moving forward, our goal is to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment by welcoming more men into our workforce, ensuring mutual respect and collaboration among all team members.
